UI/UX Design
ApplyInterfaces here get used by real clients making real decisions, not just reviewed in a mockup. That's the standard: does it hold up in production, not just in a Figma frame.
You'd own a project's interface from early wireframes through to a design system it can keep growing into, working directly with whoever's writing the code — no handoff document in between.
What you'd work on
- Turn a rough idea into wireframes, then a coherent design system
- Sit in the same conversation as engineering, not a separate handoff step
- Design for real content and real edge cases, not placeholder text
- Revisit and refine the system as the product actually gets used
What we look for
Ownership
You see a task through to done, not just your slice of it.
Direct communication
You can explain a decision to a client who isn't technical, without hiding behind jargon.
Craft
You care about the code nobody's reviewing as much as the code everyone sees.
Curiosity
You pick up a new stack or protocol when the project actually calls for it.
How we work
No layer of managers between you and the client — you talk to them yourself, the same way founders do. We don't run a fixed hiring pipeline: if this role fits how you think, apply below and tell us what you'd actually bring to it.
